    Green Pepper Jelly

    List of Ingredients

    6 C Sugar
    1 1/2 C White Vinegar, divided

    1 T Dried Red Pepper Flakes
    6 oz Bottle Certo or
    2 Packets of Liquid Pectin
    2 C Chopped Green Pepper
    10 Drops Green Food Coloring

    Recipe

    Bring Sugar and 1 C Vinegar to boil in a stainless steel pot.
    Process pepper flakes, Green Pepper and Certo in blender.
    Add 1/2 C Cider Vinegar, Green Pepper, Pepper Flakes and Certo mixture. Bring to boil. Add Food Coloring.
    Pour into sterile jars and seal. Store in refrigerator.
    Yield: 5 1/2 Cups.

    Wonderful served on Ritz crackers with Cream Cheese.
