Christmas Salad

List of Ingredients

1 (3-oz.) package strawberry Jello (I prefer cherry)
1-1/2 pints sour cream
1 (10-oz.) frozen strawberries
1 (6-oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 banana, diced

Recipe

Put 1 cup boiling water in a large bowl; add Jell-O and stir until Jello dissolves. Add strawberries and stir until thawed. Add pineapple and diced banana. Pour 1/2 mixture into a 8x8x2-inch pan. Put in refrigerator until Jello sets. Spread sour cream over top of Jello. Add rest of Jello. Put in refrigerator until firm. Cut in squares and serve.
This is a treat anytime and rarely leaves leftovers.
