    Coffee Gelatin

    List of Ingredients

    1 T Unflavored Gelatin
    1/4 C Sugar

    2 C Strong Hot Coffee, regular or decaf

    Fresh Whipped Cream

    Recipe

    Mix together Gelatin and Sugar. Add Coffee and stir to dissolve Gelatin. Pour into mold and chill until set.
    Unmold on a pretty platter and serve with Freshly Whipped Cream.

    Note: This is an elegant, adult dessert. Refreshing on a hot summer night.
