    Peaches and Cream Mold

    List of Ingredients




    29 oz Can (2 C) Sliced Peaches. drained
    1 C Syrup from Peaches
    1 Small box Lemon Gelatin
    2/3 C Cottage Cheese (cream style)
    1/2 Pecans, chopped
    1/2 C Whipping Cream

    Recipe



    Drain peaches and heat syrup to boiling. Add gelatin, stir to dissolve and cool until mixture is slightly thicker than unbeaten egg whites.
    Stir in peaches, cottage cheese and nuts.
    Whip cream and fold into gelatin mixture. Pour into a 1 qt mold and chill well.
    Serves 8.
