    Pineapple Cream Pie

    1 package sugar-free vanilla instant pudding mix (do not prepare!)
    1 16 oz. container fat-free sour cream
    1 15 oz can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 8 oz containter fat-free or lite cool whip, thawed
    1 ready made graham cracker pie crust (or make your own substituting
    artificial sweetener for the sugar)

    Recipe



    Mix together the dry pudding mix, sour cream, and pineapple with juice.
    Mix with a spatula. Gently fold in the thawed cool whip.
    Pour this into the graham cracker pie crust. Refrigerate for a few
    hours. Slice with a knife dipped in hot water.
