    This batter is good for using as dumplings in stews, and as a biscuit topping on casseroles. Made a little thinner, it can be spread over meat pies as a non-fat crust.

    List of Ingredients




    1 C self-rising flour
    1/2 C non-fat (skim) milk
    2 T non-fat mayonnaise

    Recipe



    Mix, fill 6 muffin cups, bake 15-20 minutes, or until golden.
