    Recipe Introduction

Have your Spaghetti sauce made ahead of time!

    List of Ingredients

    1 # Round Steak
1/2 C Italian seasoned Bread Crumbs
    Fresh Parsley, chopped
1/4 C Parmesan or Romano Cheese
3 cloves Fresh Garlic, minced fine
    Coarse Black Pepper
    Salt
    Olive Oil for searing

    Recipe

Pound meat slices thin. You may have to cut them in half and do some trimming. The pieces should be approximately 7"x 3" and rectangular in shape.
Sprinkle the meat with finely minced fresh garlic ( press into the meat), some bread crumbs, parsley and Parmesan cheese, a dash each of salt and black pepper. Make sure it's evenly spread out on the meat.
Roll the meat as tightly as possible and tie in bundles with kitchen string (about three pieces of string for each piece).
Leave long pieces of string hanging off the knot you make so you can find the string after cooking.
Sear the meat in olive oil in a very hot NONSTICK pan. Remove from the frying pan and place into the sauce to finish cooking, approximately two hours. The longer you cook them, the more tender they will be.
Yield: approximately 7 to 10 Braciole Rolls
