    15 Minute Primavera*

    List of Ingredients

    A revised version of a recipe I found on a pasta package:

    8 oz any shaped med. size Pasta (I used heart shaped)
    1 C Broccoli flowerettes (I used fresh)
    1 sliced Carrot
    2 Spring Onions, sliced
    1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
    1/2 soup can Evaporated Milk
    1/2 C Grated Parmesan
    Garlic Powder, to taste
    1 small can White Meat Chicken or Turkey (I didn't drain mine)
    Freshly ground Pepper to taste

    Recipe

    Cook pasta as package directs, adding vegetables in the last 5 minutes of cooking time.
    Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan, stir milk into soup and add cheese and seasonings; gently simmer until heated through.
    Drain pasta and vegetables, add to soup mixture; stir in chicken or turkey.
    Add a green salad and Voila'. Dinner in 15 minutes!
    Note:
    Next time I make this, I plan to add a 1/2 can drained artichoke hearts to the sauce.
    It'll be a nice variation and add some flair to this simple dish.
