Easy Fettucini Alfredo 2
List of Ingredients
8oz Fettuccine
8 oz (1 C) Heavy Cream
1/4 C Butter
3/4 C grated Parmesan Cheese
Salt, White Pepper to taste
Recipe
While preparing sauce, cook pasta according to package directions.
In a double boiler combine heavy cream and butter, heat until butter is melted. Add parmesan cheese, stir until melted. Season to taste.
Pour over hot fettuccine. Serve immediately.
