Pasta Quick*
List of Ingredients
1/2 # Any small type Pasta
1 C Tomatoes, diced (either fresh or canned)
2 t Garlic, Chopped (more if you love garlic)
1/4 C Olive oil
1/4 C Freshly grated Parmesan
Chopped Fresh Basil, if available or
1 t dried Basil
Recipe
Chop the garlic into very small pieces. Set aside.
Cook the pasta al dente. Drain and return to the pot from whence it came.
Add the garlic, tomatoes and olive oil to the pot. Turn the heat to high and stir fairly vigorously while reheating the pasta. Heat for 1 minute. Serve immediately with or without the Parmesan.
