4 Tomatoes, seeded and chopped
1 can (5 oz) baby Clams, drained and rinsed
2 T chopped fresh Parsley
1 t Oregano
1 clove Garlic, minced
½ t Salt
¼ t each: Black Pepper and hot Pepper flakes
4 C Rotini Pasta (spiral-shaped)
grated Parmesan Cheese
Recipe
In large bowl, combine tomatoes, clams, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt, pepper and hot pepper flakes.
In large pot boiling salted water, cook pasta 8 to 10 minutes, or until al dente.
Drain well. Add pasta to clam mixture; toss well. Serve at once sprinkled with Parmesan cheese.
