    Tomato Sauce Gnocchi

    List of Ingredients




    1 C Tomato Sauce
    1 # Potatoes, cooked until tender
    1 t Chopped Fresh Basil
    2 C Flour

    Recipe



    Reduce tomato sauce to 1/2 cup.
    Puree potatoes with sauce and basil. Slowly add flour until soft dough forms and holds its shape on a teaspoon.
    Drop into rapidly boiling water and cook for 3 minutes AFTER they float.
    Serve with a light tomato sauce, cream sauce or with melted butter and Parmesan.
    Serves 6.
