    22 Ritz Crackers
    3 egg whites
    3/4  C sugar
    1   C pecans, chopped
    1/2 pint whipped cream

    Recipe



    Beat egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff.  Add sugar a little at a time, beating after  each addition.   Add crackers and pecans; pour in ungreased pie plate.
    Bake 20 minutes at 325 degrees.
    Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
