    Mom's Cream Cheese Crust for Apple Pie*

    List of Ingredients

    1/4 C Butter
    1/4 lb Cream Cheese
    1 1/4 C Flour
    1 T Sugar

    Recipe

    Mix altogether. Knead and roll out as you would any pie crust.

    This is almost a 'must' for Apple Pie.
