    Double Baked Potatoes

    Instant potatoes to serve 8
    2 T butter
    1 C milk
    1 large package shredded cheddar cheese
    8 oZ sour cream
    4 T minced onion



    Recipe

    Make potatoes according to box recipe for 8 servings of moist potatoes, then add cheddar cheese and onion. Spread in greased 9x13 pan.
    Bake 1 hour in 350 degree oven.
