Applesauce Sweet Potatoes

List of Ingredients

2 1/2 C Cooked or Canned Sweet Potatoes, drained
1/2 t Salt
1 C Applesauce
1/3 C Brown Sugar, packed
1/2 C Uncooked rolled Oats
1/2 t Cinnamon
2 T Melted Butter



Recipe

Place potatoes in a greased baking dish. Season with salt. Spread with applesauce.
Mix together: brown sugar, oats and cinnamon; stir in butter. Sprinkle over potatoes.
Bake @ 375* about 45 minutes or until lightly browned.
Yield: 6 servings about 1/2 C each.
Nice accompaniment to roast pork, chicken or turkey.
