    Creamy Cheese Potatoes

    List of Ingredients

    1 1/4 C milk
    1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 T snipped chives
    1/2 t instant minced onion
    1/4 t salt
    4 C cubed cooked potatoes
    Paprika


    Recipe

    Blend milk into cream cheese in medium saucepan; place over low heat.
    Stir in chives, onion and salt. Add potatoes; stir carefully to coat.
    Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole; sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
    Serves: 5 to 6
