    Deep Fried Potato Balls

    List of Ingredients

    2 C Potatoes, mashed
    1/4 C nonfat Dry Milk
    2 C Flour, divided
    2 1/2 t Salt
    Garlic or Onion powder, to taste, opt
    4 C boiling Water
    Vegetable Oil for deep frying


    Recipe

    Mix together milk, potatoes, 3/4 cup flour, and salt and seasonings, if desired. Add boiling water, beating vigorously until well blended. Use a tablespoon to form potatoes into 2-inch balls. Roll in flour and fry in hot oil. Cook until golden. Drain on paper towels.
