    Sweet Potato Casserole 1

    List of Ingredients

    3 C Mashed Sweet Potatoes
    1 stick Butter
    1 C Sugar (or less if desired)
    1 t Vanilla

    Topping:
    1 C chopped Walnuts
    1/3 C Four
    3 T Melted Butter
    1 C Brown Sugar

    Recipe

    Mix Potato mixture well,pour into sprayed or buttered 2 quart casserole. Crumble Topping over Potato mixture.
    Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
    Recipe can easily be doubled.
