Sweet Potatoes and Apples

List of Ingredients

4 sweet potatoes, peeled
2 apples, peeled
3/4 C maple syrup
1/4 C water
6 marshmallows




Recipe

Cut potatoes lengthwise, pare apples and slice thin. In a baking dish arrange a layer of potatoes, then a layer of apples, topping with the sweet potatoes. Stir maple syrup and water, pour over the apples and garnish with marshmallows. Cover baking dish and bake @ 350* for about 30 mins. Uncover dish and bake another 15 mins until marshamallows are melted and brown.
