Creamy Chicken Baked Potato

You forgot to defrost something for supper.....
You want a light Sunday night supper.....
A friend unexpectedly drops by for lunch....
5 ounces chunk white chicken in water, drained
1/2 C sour cream
1/4 C mayonnaise
2 t milk
1/4 t seasoned salt
1/8 t salt
1/8 t ground black pepper
2 baked potatoes, freshly baked
Recipe
Combine everything but potatoes in small saucepan and heat through on low.
Cut hot potatoes lengthwise and open. Spoon chicken mixture on top. Serve
immediately.
Yield: 2 servings.
A salad is all it takes to make this a meal.
