    List of Ingredients




    1 head of Napa Cabbage, shredded
    2 Asian Pears, peeled and diced
    ½ C shredded Carrot
    1/4 C Green Onion, chopped
    1/4 C diced Red Pepper
    2/3 C Rice Wine Vinegar
    3 T Sugar
    1 t Honey
    1 t Soy Sauce
    2 T chopped Cilantro
    1 T toasted Sesame Seeds

    Recipe



    Mix rice wine vinegar, sugar, honey, soy sauce, cilantro and sesame seeds in a large bowl. In another large bowl mix cabbage, Asian pears, carrot, green onion and red pepper. Toss the cabbage mixture with the vinaigrette. Let stand for 20 minutes.
    Serve salad in a large bowl, garnished with chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds. This salad goes well with grilled meats and fish.
