First Class Eggless Caesar Dressing
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 oz Anchovy Filets
2 level T. Dry Mustard
2 Cloves Garlic
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
3 oz. Red Wine Vinegar
1 T. Ground Black Pepper
1 T. Fresh Lemon Juice
1/4 t. Tabasco
6 T. Grated Parmesan Cheese
2/3 c. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Recipe
Put first nine ingredients into a blender, blend at high speed until smooth. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, blend an additional 60 seconds. Add salt & pepper to taste. Blend to mix.
