List of Ingredients
Salad:
1 head Iceberg Lettuce, coarsely chopped
2 Cucumbers, sliced
1 White Onion, thinly sliced
1 (15-oz) jar Hearts of Palm, drained and sliced
2 Tomatoes, cut into 8 pieces
1 C Kalamata olives
Sardines or anchovies (opt)
Dressing:
8 oz Feta Cheese, crumbled
1/4 C Olive Oil
1/4 C Red Wine Vinegar
4 oz Sour Cream
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1 t dried Oregano
1/2 t dried Basil
Recipe
Salad:
Combine all salad ingredients on a large platter and serve with Feta cheese dressing.
Dressing:
Combine all dressing ingredients in a cruet and shake well. Place in the refrigerator for several hours before dressing salad.
