    Sweet and Sour Slaw

    List of Ingredients




    3 C Cabbage, finely chopped
    1 Cucumber, pared and chopped
    1/2 C Green Pepper, chopped
    3 t Sugar (or equivalent sweetener)
    1 t Salt
    1 t Celery Seed
    1 T Lemon Juice
    1 T Water

    Recipe



    Combine Cabbage, Cucumber and Green Pepper in medium bowl.
    Mix Sugar (or sweetener), Salt, Celery Seed, Lemon Juice and Water in a cup; Pour over vegetables. Toss to mix. Chill for at least one hour.
    Serves 4.
    Note:
    Sometimes I add a diced Carrot to this to make it even more vitamen packed.
