    Easiest Cranberry Sauce Ever

    Source of Recipe

    Floyd, the Food Guy

    List of Ingredients

1 18 oz. jar Orange Marmalade
1 12 oz. bag fresh Cranberries

    Recipe

Rinse the cranberries in a colander and sort through them for any that are unsuitable for cooking. Place the berries in a glass baking dish of appropriate size. Spoon the marmalade over the berries and bake in a 350F oven for 30 minutes. Stir it half way through the cooking process.
When the time is up, pour the mix into a serving bowl, cool, then refrigerate overnight. Serve with a bud of fresh mint on the side.

    HINTS:
You can use peach or even apricot preserves in place of the orange marmalade.
Mix one part leftover cranberry sauce with two parts mayonnaise and use it on a turkey sandwich on pumpernickel bread.
    Serves 4-6
