    1 C Miracle Whip (no substitutions)
    1/2 C Milk
    1 1/2 t Garlic powder
    1 t Cumin
    1 1/2 t Red Pepper Flakes
    1/2 t Oregano

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients and let the ingredients 'marry'. Keep refrigerated.
    This is better when it's made a day ahead. Serve with your favorite nacho chips.
