    Roasted Red Pepper Sauce

    List of Ingredients




    7 oz jar roasted red sweet peppers, drained
    2 t extra virgin olive oil
    1 t red wine (or sherry) vinegar
    2 small cloves garlic
    dash salt
    ground black pepper to taste

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Cover and pulse
    until pureed. Transfer sauce to small saucepan and cook over medium heat
    until heated through.
    Yield: approximately 4 servings.
