Busy Day Potato Soup
List of Ingredients
3 large potatoes
1 med. onion cut up
1 stalk of celery, chopped, opt.
1 can of celery soup
1 -1/2 soup canful's of water
salt & pepper to taste
1/4th stick of Butter
1-1/2 soup cans of milk Recipe
Peel and cube potatoes and put in 4 Qt. Pot
with onion and celery, cream of celery soup,
1 -1/2 soup canful's of water
salt & pepper to taste and butter (more if you wish) .
Cover and simmer until potatoes are just about done.
Add 1-1/2 soup cans of milk , stir and heat until potatoes are done .
If you need more liquid add more milk not water.
