    This is a quick thick soup that serves two or three persons.

    List of Ingredients




    3 large fresh Oysters
    2 Carrots
    2 medium Potatoes
    1/2 C mixed frozen Vegetables
    1 can Tomato Soup
    1/2 t Salt
    1/8 t Pepper

    Recipe



    Peel and slice carrots and potatoes. Chop oysters. Put all ingredients in a large pot. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top to taste. Cook on medium heat to 165F, about 90 minutes. Keep heat just below boiling. Stir frequently to keep potatoes from sticking.
    Serve warm with fresh buttered bread on the side. Garnish with a sprig of parsley and croutons for presentation.
