    Egg Drop Soup

    List of Ingredients

    32 oz, Cold Chicken Broth
    1 T Cornstarch
    1/4 t Sesame Oil
    1 Egg, beaten
    2 T Spring Onions (Scallions), sliced

    Recipe

    In saucepan, slowly stir or whisk Cornstarch into cold broth.
    Cook, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened. Add Sesame Oil. Slowly pour the beaten Egg into the simmering Broth and stir gently.
    Remove from heat.
    Garnish with Spring Onions.
