    Quick Clam Bisque

    List of Ingredients




    1 Can (8 oz) Minced Clams
    2 T Butter
    1 Can Condensed Vegetable Soup
    1 C Light Cream
    2 T Chopped Parsley
    Dash Cayenne Pepper

    Recipe



    Drain Clams, reserving liquid.
    Saute Clams in Butter in a medium saucepan. Remove from heat; blend in Soup and Cream until smooth; stir in reserved Clam liquid, Parsley and Cayenne.
    Serve piping hot.
    Serves 4.
