    Mock Boursin (French Cream Cheese)

    List of Ingredients




    2 cloves fresh Garlic
    16 oz Cream Cheese or goat cheese (or combination of the two)
    1/2 C finely chopped Fresh Chives
    1/2 C chopped Fresh Parsley
    Any other fresh herbs you desire: Fresh Thyme, Basil, Oregano-in any amounts you desire

    Recipe



    1. Press the Garlic through a garlic press and add to the Cheese (or smash cloves and finely mince them). Whirl the mixture in the food processor until thoroughly blended.
    2. Add Chives, Parsley, and any other herbs you wish. Blend until the Herbs and Cheese are a consistency that suits you.
    3. Pack the Cheese into a crock or decorative container, cover and refrigerate for several hours until the flavors blend. Can be stored for up to 1 week in the refrigerator. Makes 2 cups
    Wonderful served with an assortment of Crackers.
