How To Freeze Bread Dough

After making your bread dough and kneading
it, let rise according to directions. Punch
dough down and form into your desired shape
for bread, whether it be round or oblong or
whatever. Place in freezer bag and
immediately put in your freezer.
When ready to use, take frozen dough out of
freezer bag and place into loaf pan or on
cookie sheet. Cover with towel and put in
warm place to rise. Usually until dough is
doubled in size. This might take a couple
hours. Bake according to directions.
