    List of Ingredients




    4 small red peppers, halved
    3 T capers, chopped
    12 black olives, pitted and chopped
    2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
    3 oz mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 1/2 oz bread crumbs
    1/2 C white wine
    3 T olive oil
    1 t fresh mint, chopped
    1 t fresh parsley, chopped
    ground black pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    1- Core and seed the peppers. Preheat oven to 350 F and butter a shallow ovenproof dish. Place the peppers tightly together in the dish and sprinkle them with the chopped capers, black olives, garlic, mozzarella, and breadcrumbs.
    2- Pour over the wine and olive oil and the sprinkle the mint, parsley, and freshly ground pepper.
    3- Bake for 30-40 minutes until the topping is crisp and golden brown.
