Marinated Portobello Mushrooms
List of Ingredients
4 Portobello Mushrooms
1 C canola oil
1/4 C balsamic vinegar
1/4 C soy sauce
2 T minced garlic
1 T minced shallot
2 T chopped Thyme
Pinch of Salt & Pepper
Recipe
Cut the stems of the Portobello mushrooms off so that the
caps are flat. Mix all ingredients together and pour over
Portobello mushrooms and the stems. Let marinate for at
least 1 hour.
Place in a roasting pan with a rack and bake at 300 degrees
for 55 min to 1 hour.
