    Pickled Beets*

    List of Ingredients

    Scant Cup Sugar
    1 C White Vinegar
    1 C Beet Juice
    2 Cans Whole or Sliced Beets


    Recipe

    Put all ingredients into saucepan and bring to boil.
    Remove from heat. Allow to cool.
    Put in a jar or airtight container and refrigerate.
