Swiss Tomato Casserole*
List of Ingredients
4 C Croutons
1 1/2 C Milk
2 Medium Tomatoes, sliced thin
3/4 t Salt
1/2 # Shredded Swiss Cheese
2 Eggs
1/2 t Paprika
1/2 t Dry Mustard
Recipe
Place croutons in buttered casserole. Top with tomatoes, then cheese.
Beat remaining ingredients with fork and pour over cheese.
Bake 40 minutes @ 350 until puffy and lightly browned.
