    Serves 6 (1/2 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 cup (one 8-ounce can) crushed pineapple, packed in fruit juice, undrained
    • 1/4 cup pourable Splenda or Sugar Twin
    • 1/2 teaspoon apple pie spice
    • 1 (17-ounce) can vacuum-packed sweet potatoes, rinsed and thinly sliced


    Instructions


    1. Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine undrained pineapple, Splenda, and apple pie spice. Stir in sweet potatoes. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours. Mix well before serving.
