    Serves 8 (3/4 cup)


    List of Ingredients


    • 3 cups hot water
    • 2 2/3 cups instant potato flakes
    • 1/2 cup (4 ounces) Philiadelphia fat-free cream cheese
    • 1/2 cup Land O Lakes no-fat sour cream
    • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon reduced-calorie margarine
    • 1 teaspoon dried onion flakes
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    • Paprika


    Instructions


    1. Spray slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine water and potatoes, mixing well with a fork. Stir in cream cheese, sour cream, margerine, onion flakes, and black pepper. Lightly sprinkle top with paprika. Cover and cook on LOW 3 to 4 hours.
