    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
    • 2 cups reduced-sodium V-8 juice
    • 16 ounces lean round steak, cut into 36 pieces
    • 1 cup chopped onion
    • 2 cups diced raw potatoes
    • 1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
    • 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


    Instructions


    1. Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine mushroom soup and V-8 juice. Stir in steak pieces, onion, potatoes, and mixed vegetables. Add parsley flakes and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.
