List of Ingredients
- 1 (10 3/4-ounce) can Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup
- 2 cups reduced-sodium V-8 juice
- 16 ounces lean round steak, cut into 36 pieces
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups diced raw potatoes
- 1 (10-ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Spray a slow cooker container with butter-flavored cooking spray. In prepared container, combine mushroom soup and V-8 juice. Stir in steak pieces, onion, potatoes, and mixed vegetables. Add parsley flakes and black pepper. Mix well to combine. Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours. Mix well before serving.

HINT: Thaw mixed vegetables by placing in colander and rinsing under hot water for one minute.
