    Cream Cheese...bananas...yum!

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup sugar
    1 (8 oz.)pkg.cream cheese,softened
    1 cup mashed ripe bananas
    2 eggs
    2 cups buttermilk bisciut mix(bisquick)
    1/2 cup chopped walnuts(can use pecans)

    Recipe



    Cream sugar and cream cheese until light and fluffy. Beat in banana and eggs. Add biscuit mix and pecans. Pour into a greased and floured 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hr or until done. Cool before slicing.
