    (makes filling for 2 pies)

    1 1/2 cups light brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1/2 cup butter
    2 cups milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp cinnamon
    2 Tbsp flour

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Pour into graham cracker crust pie shells. Bake a 425º for 10 minutes and then reduce temperature to 350º and continue baking for about 60 minutes or until knife comes out clean.

    NOTE: A regular pie crust can be used.
