    Great for any holiday gathering. Simple to make and very good.

    List of Ingredients




    3 ounces of cream cheese
    1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
    Red or green food coloring
    1/2 teaspoon flavoring (cinnamon or peppermint)

    Recipe



    Mash cream cheese, flavoring and coloring together. Add powdered sugar. Knead and form into balls the size of marbles. Roll in granulated sugar (colored if you like, befitting the holiday)and press into molds. Let set out to dry after taken out of molds. This recipe makes about 25 to 30 mints.
