    • 1/3 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

    • 1/4 cup sifted powdered sugar

    • 1 teaspoon vanilla

    • 8 ounces confectioners' coating (white chocolate), broken up

    • 1/2 cup Jif Creamy Peanut Butter

    Recipe



    • Blend the 1/3 cup Jif, the powdered sugar and vanilla. Chill.

    • Using 1/2 teaspoon mixture for each, roll into 24 balls.

    • Place in 1 1/2-inch paper bonbon cups.

    • In saucepan, melt confectioners' coating and the 1/2 cup Jif over medium heat,

    • stirring constantly.

    • Spoon into cups to fill. Chill.

    • Makes 2 dozen
