    Beef stew has a unique flavor when cooked with beer, while the alcohol cooks out of the food, the unique flavors blend in and make it delicious!

    List of Ingredients




    1 lb boneless chuck or round steak, cut in 1 inch cubes
    1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 package dry onion soup mix
    1 soup can beer
    1 can tomatoes, drained or 3 fresh tomatoes, peeled and quartered
    6 small onions or 1 small can pearl onions, drained
    4 to 6 potatoes, peeled and quartered
    2 to 3 ribs celery, sliced in 2 inch chunks
    2 to 3 carrots, sliced in 2 inch chunks
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

    Place meat, mushroom soup, onion soup, beer, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, celery and carrots in bottom of crock. Cover and cook for 8 to 10 hours on low. Serve with fresh Italian bread with butter.
