    Want a little Jack? O.K. it's only made with Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and not the liquor - shoot me why don't ya ;) LOL

    Roast
    1 bottle Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce
    Hot Sauce, if desired

    Cook a chuck roast in the crockpot with about a half of a bottle of Jack Daniels BBQ Sauce (orginal). Cook on low overnight. The next day, discard the juice (I don't like all the grease), shred the meat with 2 forks, and put back in the crockpot with the other half bottle J.D.. I like it kind of soupy, so I add more of the bbq sauce.

    Serve on hamburg or hotdog rolls. Actually it good enough to eat all by itself. If you want it a little spicier, add a little hot sauce.
