    Grandma's Glue

    No, this really isn't glue. This is quite possibly the thickest chocolate syrup known to mankind. This was lovingly dubbed Grandma's Glue by the grandkids.


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 cups sugar
    • 2/3 cup cocoa
    • 1/4 cup flour
    • pinch of salt
    • 2 cups water
    • 2 tablespoons butter
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Mix sugar, cocoa, flour, and salt in a heavy sauce pan.
    2. Add water and butter.
    3. Cook to boiling.
    4. Lower heat and cook about 5 minutes longer, stirring constantly.
    5. Cool.
    6. Stir in vanilla.
