Half Time Hot Chicken Sandwiches

List of Ingredients
- 6 hamburger buns (80 calories per bun)
- 8 oz cooked chicken, diced
- 3 oz shredded low fat Chedder cheese (3/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup finely diced celery
- 2 tablespoons diced onion
- 2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
- 1/3 cup fat free mayonnaise
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium bowl combine chicken, cheese, celery, onion and dill pickle relish. Add mayonnaise and pepper. Mix gently to combine. Evenly divide meat on buns (about 1/3 cup mixture per sandwich). Wrap in foil. Heat 20 minutes.
