Pineapple Salad

Recipe Introduction
I'm sharing this "sunshine of a salad" this month, so that anyone else stuck in a cold winter like me, can at least let their tastebuds and mind travel to a warmer climate.
List of Ingredients
- 1 package Jell-O sugar free Lemon Gelatin (4 serving)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 3/4 cup Diet Mountain Dew
- 3/4 cup Cool Whip Free
- 1 cup crushed pineapple in juice, drained
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine dry gelatin and boiling water. Mix well to dissolve gelatin. Stir in Diet Mountain Dew. Refrigerate 1 hour or until mixture just starts to jell. Whip with a wire whisk until fluffy. Blend in Cool Whip Free and pineapple. Spread mixture into an 8- by 8-inch dish and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours. Cut into 6 servings.
